The context
A network of more than 30 dental clinics needs to track, in one place and with the same figures, revenue performed and invoiced, discounts granted and each practitioner's performance. Without a dedicated platform, this tracking relied on exports and spreadsheets rebuilt clinic by clinic.

Net and gross revenue performed and invoiced, compared with the network average, aggregated by clinic and by month, with performance history over several rolling months.

Breakdown of discounts granted by role (specialist, dentist, hygienist) and by practitioner, to spot pricing drift before it weighs on margin.

Managing schedule occupancy
Schedule occupancy compared with full-time equivalents and actual availability, by clinic, to ground hiring and organisation decisions in data.
